The Central New York Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association, a premier environmental organization with connections to over 300 local environmental, health and safety professionals is sponsoring its 26th annual Technical Conference in conjunction with the CNY Chapter of the American Industrial Hygiene Association. This year’s event will be held at The Lodge (formerly Welch Allyn International Conference Center), Skaneateles, NY, on March 19, 2024.

Exhibitor Opportunities:

Exhibitor space is available at the conference for:

• $400

Morning and afternoon conference breaks will take place in the exhibit area. Exhibitors will be provided with: 

• 8’ Table top exhibit space (layout attached) which includes a 6’x2½’ covered table, two chairs. Some booths have power.

• Conference registration for one person; one additional person staffing the exhibitor’s space will be charged $100. All others from the Exhibitor’s place of business must pay the full registration fee.

Please refer to the exhibitor booth layout to select the preferred location of your exhibitor booth (booth locations are on a first come, first serve basis).

Available levels of sponsorship include:  

• 1/8 - page (3.75”Wx2.5”H) program space for $300 - Cutoff date for program printing is March 8

• 1/4 - page (3.75”Wx5”H) program space for $375 - Cutoff date for program printing is March 8

• 1/2 – page (7.5”Wx5”H) program space for $575 - Cutoff date for program printing is March 8

• Lunch Sponsorship for $500

• Morning Break Sponsorship for $400

• Afternoon Break Sponsorship for $400

• Main Room Sponsorship for $500

• Breakout Room Sponsorship for $400

• Student Sponsorship for $250

  • Sponsors 5 student attendees and contributes to scholarship awards.

Sponsorship includes: 

• Acknowledgement in the Conference Program handed out the day of the Conference and on a poster in the exhibit area. Lunch, Break, or Room sponsors will have a poster in those areas.

• Advertisement in the conference announcement sent to over 1500 statewide and national environmental, health and safety professionals (if payment received by March 1, 2024).

• Conference registration for one person; one additional person from the Sponsor’s organization will be charged $100. All others from the Sponsor’s place of business must pay the full registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:
CNY A&WMA will refund 90% of Sponsor and Exhibitor's funds in the event of a cancellation prior to February 25, 2024. CNY A&WMA will refund 50% of Sponsor and Exhibitor's funds in the event of a cancellation after February 23, 2024 but prior to March 4, 2024. No refund will be provided for cancellation after March 4, 2024.
