The first CNY AWMA breakfast meeting of the season will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the Holiday Inn in Liverpool beginning at 7:45 AM. We have two speakers this month from the Division of Materials Management at the NYSDEC: Tom Killeen, PE, Chief of the RCRA Permitting Section and Kathy Prather, PE, Chief of the Solid Waste Recovery and Medical Waste Section. They will present an overview of upcoming changes in Hazardous Waste Management Regulations (FedReg5 and FedReg6) and the relatively new updates to Part 360’s Beneficial Use Determinations. We are awaiting PDH approval for this presentation and will notify immediately when confirmed.

        8:20 - 9:10 AM – Featured Speakers
        9:10 - 9:30 AM – Networking
