EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION
This is a great opportunity to get in front of a large group of professional scientists, engineers, attorneys, regulators, and academics. Last year we hosted 150 people and hope to set a record this year!
EXHIBITORS
We are thrilled you are looking to exhibit at our conference! Much like previous years, we have thirteen exhibitor spots. Refer to the Exhibitor Packet for booth locations and more information. Each exhibitor includes two attendees. If you do not know the name(s) yet, you may leave them blank.
Please note that only booths 1-4, 7, and 10 are near electrical power.

SPONSORSHIPS
We have a number of sponsorship opportunities for you! Each sponsorship includes one attendee. Sponsors will receive recognition during the introduction and between presentations and signage throughout the event. Print Program Sponsors need to have copy to AWMA/AIHA by March 7, 2025. Please email copy to Ben Haith or reach out to him with any questions.
If you do not know the name of your attendee yet, you may leave it blank and we will reach out later.
Sponsor our morning break which includes coffee, tea, and continental breakfast items.
Sponsor hot buffet lunch. Sponsor will receive recognition on rotating displays prior to each presentation and on signage.
Sponsor the registration fees for five college or high school students. A big part of the mission of this conference is to engage a younger generation as they prepare and train for a career in environmental sciences, industrial health and safety, and engineering. Your support pays for the registration of five of these students.
