To all registrants, sponsors, and exhibitors of the 2020 CNY AWMA / AIHA Technical Conference
It has become obvious to the AWMA / AIHA Technical Conference Committee that we will not be able to hold our conference this fall as we had hoped. Due to COVID restrictions and concerns about large public gatherings, we have reached the unfortunate conclusion that we must cancel this year’s Technical Conference. While the future is difficult to predict, we are moving forward with plans to hold the 2021 Conference next March at The Lodge at Welch Allyn.
To that end, we are asking you to respond to the survey link below to indicate how you would like your 2020 registration fee applied. You may choose to apply it to AWMA’s general fund to further our goals, apply it to next year’s Conference registration fee, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

If you do not respond by November 15, 2020 your registration fee will be automatically donated to our general fund to further our goals to enhance knowledge and expertise by providing a forum for technology exchange, professional development, networking opportunities, public education, and outreach.
