Join us on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 5:30 for a tour of the WestRock Containerboard Mill in Solvay located at 1750 Milton Ave, Syracuse New York.

The tour will be followed by dinner at 7:00 PM at The Blarney Stone, 314 Avery Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204.

You can choose to attend the tour only, or both dinner & tour. The tour is free for CNY AWMA members.  The dinner meeting costs $25 for members, $30 for non-members and is free for student members.  If you plan to attend this meeting please sign up below by Thursday, January 16, 2020. 

Site Specific Directions: Upon arrival, please park on the north side of the parking lot, per the instructions on the parking lot sign.  This is where the majority of the cars will be parked.  Proceed to the front lobby, which will be through the white temporary tent that is currently installed over the entrance walkway.

Site Specific Tour Information: WestRock has reserved the right to decline a tour for any individual for any reason or potential conflict of interest. Earplugs and safety glasses will be provided, however if you have your own safety glasses that are ANSI Z81 with side shields please bring them. Steel toed shoes are not required, however please wear shoes suitable for the industrial environment (no open toed shoes, sandals or high heels, etc.).
